How do I order your products?

You can choose the item/s you wish to purchase from our catalogs and contact us directly through phone, email or whats app with the product code and catalog no. For more info, refer to "How to Order" section.


How do I change/modify my order?

If you want to change or modify items from your order, please e-mail your order number and product details where you want modification within 24 hours of confirming the order.

How can I return a product?

You need to inform us within 24 hrs of delivery and our customer service team will provide you the steps and only defective products will be replaced.

How do I get defective Item replaced?

We undertake strict measures to ensure delivery of quality products however in some rare cases, if you receive a product which is defective, kindly send us a snapshot/photo of the damaged item indicating the damage. Based on the kind of damage we can suggest resolutions for the same. Please provide us a picture within 24 hrs from time of delivery so that we can register the complaint. Upon receiving the photo, our team will review the damage. If the damage is approved and a complaint is registered, we request you to kindly send the product back to us. If a replacement product is in stock with us, we will reship the same to you. In case it is not available, you can request for a refund or a coupon for future purchases.


What if the product is not fitted perfect after customization?
There is a very slight possibility as we follow strict quality procedure to ensure that nothing goes wrong however if it happens in some rare cases, you can return the product back to us and we will either re-fit the garment or give you a new one.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

We will notify through e-mail and an order number will be generated upon confirming the order.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

Once the package is shipped, we will provide you the tracking number.

Do you provide free shipping?

We provide free shipping throughout India however there is a nominal shipping fee for International destinations as per location.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

Yes, you can change your shipping address before the item is dispatched and for that you can notify us through email.


What types of embroidery is done on the products?


There are different types of embroidery and hand work which is done on these products to give them a beautiful and artistic look.
•Bandhani: Bandhani is traditional art-work created with a concept of Tie-Dye.
•Zardosi: Zardosi' is a kind of workmanship created with a type of thread made of fine gold or silver wire used in traditional sarees.
•Gota Work:Gota is unique embroidery where gold or silver thread ribbons are embroidered through applique technique to create patterns.
•Kundan: Kundan are Indian gem stones which are placed on the sarees to give a jewelry effect.
•Parsi work: Parsi work is a blend of floral work done with reshams threads.
•Pitha Work: Pitha work is a traditional handcraft with golden or silver threads that are pressured to give an ethnic look to sarees.
•Resham work: Resham work is where silk threads are used to hand-embroider various designs and motifs.
•Sequins: Sequins are disk-shaped beads used for decorative purposes. They are available in a wide variety of colors and geometrical shapes.
•Bead Work: Bead work is a small, decorative object that is usually pierced for threading or stringing.
•Mirror Work: Mirror work consists of mirrors in different geometrical shapes brought together to give a dazzling effect.
•Banarasi: Banarasi is a type of silk woven with gold/silver threads
